Notes on SAP delivery, migration readiness, solution decisions, and governed AI-assisted work.

From enterprise delivery to evidence-driven products

World Class Consultants

Enterprise delivery brings decisions into contact with imperfect information. A source file may be incomplete. A requirement may leave room for several interpretations. A proposed solution may look convincing before its assumptions have been examined.

Our starting point is the work itself: what needs to be decided, who is responsible, what evidence is available, and what remains uncertain.

Alongside consulting delivery, WCC is turning selected patterns from this work into focused products. The portfolio follows three customer jobs: prepare the data, shape the solution, and govern the work.

Migration Stream addresses migration readiness. Its public source provides a local workbench for reviewing mappings, validating structured data, and preserving readiness evidence. The source-only publication makes that work inspectable within its documented boundaries.

Req2Speq addresses the journey from a business requirement to a reviewable solution specification. The prototype brings structure to requirement clarification, SAP analysis, clean-core assessment, and draft specifications. Professional judgment and human review remain essential.

WCC OS explores the operating foundations of governed AI-assisted work: explicit scope, evidence, human acceptance, and the ability to hand over or resume an assignment with its context intact. It remains under research and active development.

These efforts are at different stages. We will describe those stages plainly and use bounded evidence to decide what comes next. Public source, a prototype, and a research effort each invite a different kind of engagement.

The common principle is simple: complex work should leave decisions and evidence that people can inspect, understand, and question. That is the direction of the portfolio, grounded in the practical demands of SAP and enterprise delivery.
