From enterprise delivery to evidence-driven products

A local-first workbench for practitioners preparing and reviewing structured migration data.

Migration Stream supports mapping review, validation, comparison, and readiness evidence. It helps keep the basis of a migration-readiness decision understandable as source data and rules change.

The public project is a source-only v0.1.0 publication. Supported single-entity journeys can produce readiness packages; multi-entity work currently stops at read-only issues or compared validation. It does not perform live target-system writes.

The source and documentation can be inspected independently. WCC consulting and assisted evaluation are separate engagements, assessed against the customer’s context and alternatives.

Req2Speq is being developed for SAP practitioners working through the gap between an initial business requirement and a specification that can be reviewed and developed further.

The prototype structures the path through requirement clarification, SAP analysis, clean-core assessment, and draft specification. The aim is to preserve the reasoning behind a proposed solution so that assumptions, alternatives, and unresolved questions can be examined.

Outputs remain drafts for human review. The current work focuses on validating the workflow and the quality of its results in bounded exercises.

WCC OS is an emerging operating foundation for governed AI-assisted work.

It explores how complex assignments can be delegated while preserving human authority, clear scope, decision traceability, evidence, explicit acceptance, and the context needed to stop and resume safely.

WCC is developing and validating this foundation through bounded internal work. The long-term product form is still being evaluated, and broad commercial availability has not been announced.
