Migration Stream
Governed migration readiness
Migration readiness should not depend on opaque spreadsheets, moving rules, or evidence that disappears when work restarts.
Migration Stream gives practitioners a product-shaped, local-first workbench for turning source files and destination contracts into a governed, repeatable readiness decision.

Publication and independence
Migration Stream is published by World Class Consultants G.P. It is one option, not a default recommendation, for migration-readiness work. The source is independently available under Apache-2.0; any WCC consulting or assisted evaluation is a separate engagement.
Journey at a glance
One governed thread from definition to readiness
The work stays understandable at each step: what entered, who authorized a change, what evidence was produced, and what changed between revisions.
- 01
Frame the work
Create an Object Workspace and draft the destination contract from offline metadata or manual definitions.
- 02
Intake and profile
Use bounded ZIP-of-CSV source intake with sample-free structural profiling.
- 03
Map under operator control
Use bounded transforms, fixed or no-source values, source reuse, exact-match reference tables, and typed rules.
- 04
Validate and remediate
Review value-suppressed issues and create local remediation packs only when a practitioner explicitly authorizes them.
- 05
Revise with context
Repeat source revisions and compare what is CLOSED, REMAINING, or NEW instead of starting the assessment over.
- 06
Decide and package
For supported single-entity journeys, govern decisions, reconcile results, approve locally, and produce a deterministic Readiness Package.
Trust is inspectable
Migration Stream treats evidence and practitioner authority as part of the work, not an afterthought.
- Durable, attributable, restart-safe evidence and authority
- Immutable, hash-bound records with integrity that can be replayed locally
- Value-suppressed broad issue views, with bounded local detail governed separately
- Explicit practitioner authority for remediation and local result approval
A clear local boundary
Source intake, profiling, evidence, remediation, comparison, approval, and package creation run locally. Nothing in the workbench sends source data to an external service.
Broad workbench pages and ordinary APIs suppress received source values. Exact row detail is bounded and local; remediation packs include selected keys, and an offending value only after separate acknowledgement.
It does not provide a live destination-system connector, external transmission, hosted service, deployment workflow, target write, or general compatibility guarantee. Loopback reduces exposure but is not authentication.
Current scope
Useful boundaries, stated plainly
Single entity
Eligible single-entity journeys can continue through governed decisions, reconciliation, local result approval, and deterministic Readiness Packages.
Multiple entities
These journeys stop truthfully at read-only First Issues or Compared Validation. Decisions, reconciliation, approval, and packaging are not enabled there.
Source publication
The public project is the source-only v0.1.0 tree under Apache-2.0, with source and documentation independently available on GitHub.
Choose how to start
Review the independently available source directly. WCC also offers separate consulting and assisted-evaluation engagements grounded in a customer's migration context and agreed under their own terms.
